Delivery within the UK
UK orders are sent free of charge by fully insured, tracked courier. A signature is required on delivery, and we cannot deliver to PO boxes or leave parcels unattended. Packaging is discreet and does not show the MoonRock name or contents.
Ready-made pieces are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of payment in full. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces typically take 4 to 8 weeks; your specialist will confirm a date.
International delivery
We ship to selected countries by insured courier. Delivery costs are confirmed on your invoice. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Collection by appointment
You are welcome to collect your piece from our London studio by appointment. Please bring photo ID matching the name on the order.
Tracking your order
You will receive email updates as your order moves through production, dispatch and delivery, with a link to track it.
On arrival
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, note this when signing and contact us within 48 hours.
Returns on ready-made pieces
If you bought a ready-made piece without visiting us in person, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with its certificate and any paperwork.
Contact us before sending anything back and we will arrange insured collection. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the piece.

Faulty items
If your piece arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This applies to bespoke pieces as well.
Resizing and aftercare
Many rings can be resized. Please ask your specialist about cost and timing. We also offer cleaning and inspection for pieces bought from us.
