Because every piece is made to order around a stone chosen for you. Publishing a fixed price for a fixed stone would mean holding stock we do not hold, and would take away the part of the process we think matters most. An enquiry is answered by a person, usually within one working day.
How long does a piece take to make?
Four to six weeks for a collection piece, eight to twelve for a bespoke commission. If you are working to a date, tell us early and we will be honest about whether it can be met rather than promise and disappoint.
How is delivery handled?
Fully insured and signature-required, or collected in person from the studio by appointment. We will always confirm the arrangement with you before the piece leaves us. [Delivery regions, carriers and timings to be confirmed by the client.]
What are your returns terms?
Because pieces are made to order we ask that every detail is confirmed with your specialist before production begins. Our full returns position is set out in the Terms and Conditions. [Returns window and conditions to be confirmed by the client.]
How do I find my ring size?
We will send a complimentary ring sizer by post, or measure you in person at your appointment. Fingers change size with temperature and time of day, so we measure more than once. One resizing within the first year is included.
Do you clean and repair pieces?
Yes. Complimentary professional cleaning and setting inspection for the life of the piece, carried out by the bench that made it. We recommend bringing a piece in twice a year if you wear it daily. Repairs on pieces not made by us are considered case by case.
Can I see a piece before I commit to anything?
That is what appointments are for, and there is no obligation attached to one. If a specific piece is not to hand we will tell you what we can show you instead.
